Berlin Baby

Today I got back from a lovely weekend in Berlin! The weather was nice, fortunately. Which gave us the opportunity to fully explore this great city. We did a lot of shopping, there are vintage shops and markets everywhere in Berlin! In between we, of course, did some sight seeing. To top this already amazing experience off: The amount of great restaurants, bars and clubs is mindblowing.... and it won't cost you, because the prices are vĂ©ry low. Berlin exists from many different areas which all have a certain 'style' and it's worth visiting a few different neighborhoods. Another lovely aspect of this city; there are a lot of well dressed people there to gaze at.

Here are a few recommandations: Go to the museum area (and climb the Dom tower for a great view), visit the area's 'Friedrichshain' (restaurant Elfina is great for drinks and food!), 'Kreuzberg' (vintage shop Colours is big and you can buy clothes per kilo!) and 'Prenzlauerberg' (have 'curry wurst' at the little stall next to the Erberswalder strasse and on sunday, go to the HUGE vintage/cultural market at the Mauerpark). Visit a Humana shop (HUGE thrift/vintage store) and have food at one of the Vapiano restaurants. For a good party; ask someone who lives in a neighborhood you like where to go... they know the best party's!
