As some of you might know; I'm getting married in April. It might be a suprise to some, but I don't really care about having a big wedding. I just want to be married to my love. So our day is going to be small, elegant and sweet. Most of the wedding photos I like, are (of course) from past times. And although our day (and my dress I might add) is going to be very simple and clean, I do like to get inspired by beautiful brides from te past.

Congrats! You have some darling inspiration. Thanks to the latest royal wedding, lace sleeves look like they are back in, so you may be able to find something you like that is modern but has a some vintage flair to it! I wanted a 40s dress when I got married in December of 2010, but couldn't find anything actually vintage, but did find a new one that was exactly what I had in mind.
ReplyDeleteAdorable!
ReplyDeleteSomething else that you could be able to find easier these days (especially since Kate Moss was wearing something similar to her wedding) is a cap veil;
